Shipping & Returns
Pick-up at the Studio
During the checkout process you can choose the option to come and collect your order at the studio. This option comes at no costs. You will be sent an email after your purchase with details to arrange a time for this.
Shipping rates are 32 Dkr. within Denmark / 50 Dkr. worldwide for up to 4 bars. Estimated shipping time: Europe 3-5 business days / Worldwide 5-15 business days.
Tracking numbers, and delivery confirmation are available for an extra fee with your order. Please be sure to request this and let us know when you purchase goods, so that we do not ship your items without.
Customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
We do ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We offer standard or tracked service. Price is calculated by the weight.
We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of the package and destination based on distance from our studio in Copenhagen. We currently ship with Postnord and GLS.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contacts us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
Returns / Exchanges
At HÅND we are carefully committed to our customers satisfaction and want to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. Please make sure that unwanted items are returned in original, unopened packaging. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just a cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Ægirsgade 30,1 | 2200 Copenhagen N | Denmark. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, buyer will be contacted immediately and may required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming purchase with customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged products are helpful.
